The steel pipe shot blasting machine is a blasting machine with special roller conveyor, designed for removing scale, paint and rust from carbon steel pipes. Another application is to blast cleaning LPG cylinders, gag cylinders or cylindrical workpieces which can easily pass through the blasting chamber on a V shape roller conveyor.

Steel pipe blasting machine has external wall blasting machine and internal wall blasting machine. The internal wall blasting machine can blast clean pipe with diameter from 50mm to 300mm by using air blasting. If the steel pipe diameter is from 300-700mm, it can use air blasting method or shot blasting method. If the diameter is above 700mm, it should use automatic shot blasting machine to do this job.

Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW, providing efficient shot blasting. Blasting speed can be from 0.5m/min to 2m/min.

High quality cartridge type dust collector is used to keep the environmental protection, which makes sure the dust emission lower than 30mg/m3.
